Dan Wyngaarden, CA, Managing Partner & CEO, and Consultant

Dan brings more than 30 years experience to the firm, committed to every client and their individual needs.  He believes in the importance of businesses being equipped with the latest and best tools they need to do the job whether it's a thorough assessment of 'last year's' results in order to move forward 'this year' or the latest hardware & software technology to increase productivity in the office environment.  Dan thrives on working with established businesses whose owners have reached a point where they are over burdened with administration, managing workers and book-keeping while trying to run their business; clients who are ready to invest in their business by taking a step back to evaluate and assess their company's practices before moving forward.  Dan is proud that DWCA has created a specific niche in the market for small and medium sized businesses that ensures clients have the best advice and skills to grow their businesses and attain positive results.  
Dan graduated from Queen's University with a B.Comm in 1976, adding his CA designation in 1979.  After working for a national firm, he ventured on his own in 1982; that company evolved to Davies & Wyngaarden in 2002.  Dan completed the RANONE Consultant Training Course in 2002.
A father of 3, grandfather of 2, Dan and his wife reside in Kingston where they are active with the Christian Reformed Church and Kingston Christian School.

With more than 20 years experience, Deanna is committed to finding the bottom line.  She endeavours to help businesses achieve an edge by providing that extra bit of knowledge, the missing piece of the puzzle that compliments their management strengths and helps them overcome challenges.  Deanna thrives on working with people, assessing their needs and devising a realistic and effective plan to move forward.  She remains especially committed to working on succession planning with family owned businesses and helping individuals live within their means by developing practical money management skills.  
Deanna graduated from Queen's University with a B.Comm in 1984, earning the CA designation in 1986.  After working for firms in Ottawa and Smiths Falls, she joined Dan in 1990 becoming a partner in 1998.  Respected for her expertise and passion, Deanna has been requested to speak locally and internationally on small business consulting, personal finance, estate planning, succession and effective financial management.
Deanna lives in Kingston with her husband and two daughters.

Tony embraces DWCA's commitment to use the top technology in order to improve efficiencies in the office environment.  As DWCA's Client Services Manager since 1998, he not only provides professional accounting, audit, and tax services, he is the 'go-to' person for anything related to technology.  Tony's knowledge of accounting software, computing, and systems set-up is invaluable and allows clients to save time and increase productivity.  He works with clients to implement user friendly programs and systems so they can access the reports and numbers they need to operate their businesses more effectively.
Tony graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1996, joined DWCA in 1998 and attained his CGA in 2001.  
He lives in Kingston with his wife and four children.  In his 'spare' time, he volunteers with St. John Ambulance.

Lisa Menard

Lisa brings professional skills and a refreshing enthusiasm to the position of Staff Accounting Technician.  She arranges client files, providing crucial accounting and organizational expertise.  Lisa's passion for finance drives her to delve into the books in search of ways to improve efficiencies.      
Lisa graduated from St. Lawrence College in 2003 with a diploma in Business Administration Accounting.
She worked with Science North in her hometown of Sudbury before working for a large non-profit organization in Kingston.
Lisa lives in Kingston with her husband and two daughters.

Bonnie Mundy, BRE

Bonnie provides an unprecedented level of client care.   Her commitment to excellence as well as her distinct intuitiveness are seen in her role as a business advisor, working with business clients to influence future growth and profitability.  She also assists our clients as a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, administering the instrument and interpreting results to enhance individual and team performance.  Bonnie's personable demeanour and professional administrative skills guarantee that DWCA's performance standards and goals are achieved. Bonnie is presently enrolled in a Masters of Arts degree in Leadership and Development.  Bonnie lives outside Sydenham with her two children. She has been involved with Camp Iawah for many years and currently sits on its Board of Directors.
